In several groups of Bacteria l Plasmid s, Antisense RNA s regulate Copy Number through inhibition of replication initiator Protein Synthesis . These RNAs are characterised by a long Hairpin Structure interrupted by several unpaired Nucleotide s or bulged Loops .
