The Four Step Process

Each of these illusions can be dissolved using a four-step process in examining the illusion (each step has an inverted dynamic).

Step 1: Awareness (See it) - inverse is Forgetting

Step 2: Acceptance (Own it) - inverse is Pretending

Step 3: Consistent Action (Live it) - inverse is Insisting

Step 4: Authenticity (Be it) - inverse is Resisting
