SALTY DOG
A Salty Dog is a Cocktail containing Vodka or Gin and Grapefruit juice, served in a glass with a salted rim. The Salt is the only difference between a Salty Dog and a Greyhound . SATAN'S WHISKERS Satan's Whiskers is a drink containing Gin , Dry Vermouth , Sweet Vermouth , Orange Juice , Grand Marnier or Curacao , and Orange Bitters . It is shaken and served without ice. There are two versions, "straight" with Grand Marnier and "curled" with Curacao . . PLANTER'S PUNCH
History The first known print reference to Planter's Punch is in the August 8, 1908 edition of the New York Times: "PLANTER'S PUNCH"
