After a the release of a damning Coroner 's report into Air Adventure's Piper Navajo crash near Christchurch International Airport on June 6, 2003, killing the pilot Michael Bannerman and seven Crop And Food Research staff, the Civil Aviation Authority is undergoing an urgent review by the office of the current Minister of Transport, Annette King .
