Chataamari




How to cook it?
Ingredients:
1.The finely grinded rice grains
2.Sugar to taste
3.Garlic
4.Swampu
5.The toppings can be eggs ,meat loaf ,vegitables
6.Cheese
7.Oil or ghee

Procedure
Prepare the mix:
First add some water in a boul and put in the rice powder and sugar to taste.
Mix well add more water to make it pourable thick mix add the other masala as per taste.
Cook:
1.Heat a flat pan,Add some oil or ghee and cheese .
2.Pour the mixture with a spatula to make a thin rounded shape.
3.Cover and let cook for 4-5 mins (Traditionally an earthen ware is used to cover it).
4. The cooked charamari will have little crispy brown look .
5. Add the toppings.
6. Serve Delightfully.
