The Basketball Federation of Slovenia ('''''Košarkaska zveza Slovenije''''') is the governing body of Basketball in Slovenia . It was founded in ). In 1992 , KZS joined the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) on its own. Slovenia competes in the European Region of FIBA. It organizes the top-level men's league, the UPC Telemach League , as well as three other levels in the men's basketball league pyramid, and a women's league.
