Established in 1985, the Arts Council for San Bernardino County (ACSBCo) is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to making the arts accessible to diverse audiences living and working in San Bernardino County . Designated annually by the Board of Supervisors to be the San Bernardino County partner of the California Arts Council , ACSBCo provides programs and services for artists, arts groups, schools, government agencies, businesses and community organizations throughout San Bernardino County .
