Aberdeen Burghs was a District Of Burghs Constituency of the House Of Commons of the Parliament Of Great Britain from 1708 to 1801 and of the Parliament Of The United Kingdom from 1801 until 1832. It was represented by one Member Of Parliament (MP) .


BOUNDARIES


The constituency consisted of the Burgh Of Aberdeen in the County Of Aberdeen , the Burgh Of Inverbervie in the County Of Kincardine , and the Burgh Of Arbroath , the Burgh Of Brechin and the Burgh Of Montrose in the County Of Forfar .

In 1832 the constituency was divided between the new constituencies of Aberdeen and Montrose Burghs . The Aberdeen constituency covered the Burgh of Aberdeen, and Montrose Burghs covered the other burghs plus the Burgh Of Forfar , which previously a component of Perth Burghs .
