HISTORY The University College of Zululand was established in 1960. Ten years later the college is granted University status. The University has continued to expand and has experienced an increased intake of students from other parts of Africa, especially from Namibia , Nigeria , Kenya , Zimbabwe , Botswana , Lesotho and Swaziland .
