Tyumen Oblast (, ''Tyumenskaya oblast'') is a Federal Subject of Russia (an Oblast ). Its administrative center is the City of Tyumen . It has administrative jurisdiction over two Autonomous Okrug s, Khantia-Mansia and Yamalia . Tyumen is the largest city, with over half a million inhabitants.
