Thorngumbald is a village and Civil Parish in the East Riding Of Yorkshire , England in an area known as Holderness . It lies approximately 8 Mile s to the east of Hull city centre on the A1033 Road . The civil parish is formed by the village of Thorngumbald and the Hamlet s of Camerton and Ryehill . According to the 2001 UK Census , Thorngumbald parish had a population of 3,106. The parish church of St Mary is a Grade II Listed Building .
