In 1985, Tom Stamps wrote the following to his cousin, Will Stamps: "I graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in History in 1973. After working in New York City, I enrolled in graduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in the study of American History. I received my J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1979 and began the practice of law in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a principal in the law firm of Zusmann, Small, Stamps & White, A Professional Corporation. My primary areas of practice include general and corporate representation, corporate reorganization and commercial litigation.
