Ted Butler is an independent and Precious Metals Investors . COLUMNS Butler's weekly columns promote Silver as an Investment . His columns contain two common themes: (1) The COMEX allowing a small group of Short Sellers to dominate the price of Silver in the Commodities market, which he considers "manipulation." (2) The scarcity of above-ground silver, primarily due to the growing industrial uses of silver. CRITICISM Butler has written letters to the COMEX and CFTC {Link without Title} regarding supposed silver price manipulation, but neither have agreed with his claims.
