It rises in northwestern Kent County , approximately 3 mi (5 km) northwest of Kenton , and flows generally ENE, past Smyrna and forming the boundary between Kent and New Castle counties. It enters Delaware Bay approximately 6 mi (10 km) northeast of Smyrna. It is navigable for the lower 10 mi (16 km) of its course. SEE ALSO EXTERNAL LINK |
