Rabbi Sholom Rubashkin is the current CEO of the Glatt Kosher Agriprocessors slaughterhouse in Postville, Iowa . Rubashkin took over from his father Rabbi Aaron Rubashkin , who founded the plant in 1987. He is also an ordained Chabad rabbi. SEE ALSO FURTHER READING
