Rita Fatialofa was a New Zealand Netball Player from 1982-1989. She also represented NZ at Softball. She was an excellent player who with her slick and silky moves on the netball court could bamboozle the most experienced player. She played alongside players like Sandra Edge, Margharet Matenga, Margaret Forsyth (better known as the 2 Marg's) as well other wellknown NZ Players. Rita Fatialofa could also play in the shooting circle but her specialised position was Wing Attack. She retired after the 1989 World Games where NZ defeated Australia in the final. |
