Richard Patrick Tracey (born 8 February , 1943 ) was a British Conservative politician.

Tracey was MP for Surbiton from 1983 until the seat was abolished by boundary changes in 1997. He stood in the new seat of Kingston And Surbiton , losing to Liberal Democrat Edward Davey by 56 votes. Tracey served as Sports Minister from 1985 to 1987.
