A quasi-judicial body is an individual or organization which has powers resembling those of a Court Of Law or Judge and is able to remedy a situation or impose legal penalties on a person or organization. POWERS Such bodies usually have powers of Adjudication in such matters as: :breach of discipline : Conduct rules :trust in the matters of money or otherwise. Their powers are usually limited to a particular area of expertise, such as Financial Market s, Employment Law , public standards, immigration, or regulation. they are found in the courts AWARD AND VERDICT Awards and verdicts often depend on a pre-determined set of guidelines or punishment depending on the nature and gravity of the offence committed. Such punishment may be legally enforceable under the law of a country, it can be challenged in a court of law which is the final decisive authority.
