The mall is located northwest of Philadelphia on Mall Boulevard, near the crucial juncture of the Schuylkill Expressway ( Interstate 76 ) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike . U.S. Highway 422 and U.S. Highway 202 also meet at this interchange.

Its six department store anchors are Sears , JC Penney , Macy's , Lord And Taylor , Neiman Marcus , and Nordstrom .
