One Hour To Zero is a film made in 1976 by Charles Barker Films for the Children's Film Foundation . Set in the fictitious Welsh village of Llynfawr, the plot centres around some children who get caught in an area that has been evacuated due to the pending meltdown of a nuclear research station.
