Ohakuri is a hydroelectric power station on the Waikato River , central North Island , New Zealand , midway between Taupo , Rotorua and Hamilton . Its Dam is almost immediately south of the Atiamuri Dam, and its construction in the 1960s created Lake Ohakuri. EXTERNAL LINKS |
