The Mindanao Visayas Basketball Association is a regional-based basketball league in the Philippines , sanctioned by the Philippine national sport association for basketball, the BAP-Samahang Basketbol Ng Pilipinas . The league is made up of teams from the Visayas and Mindanao regions. It started operations in 2006 . M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala- Cebu City won the first title of the said league.
