Millbrook is a village on the Rame Peninsula in south-east Cornwall , England , United Kingdom . The village is built around what was once a tidal Creek , which is now dammed as a flood prevention measure and has become a well known Birdwatching site. They carry with them a boat decorated with all the available spring flowers. In the evening, the boat is launched on the water, with a firework accompaniment.
