The Stadium (formerly known as McDermott Field) was at risk of being closed down in 2006 due to a lack of funding but was saved with a major contribution by Melaleuca, Inc . and was subsequently renamed "Melaeluca Field" as a result of their saving contribution. The staduim received a major overhaul and was completely restored in 2007. |
