John Mark Lancaster known as '''Mark Lancaster''' (born 1970) is a British Conservative Party politician. He was elected as Member Of Parliament for the North East Milton Keynes constituency at the 2005 General Election , unseating former MP Brian White of the Labour Party . Previously a Conservative Party Whip , since July 2007 he has been a Shadow Minister for International Development under current Conservative Party leader David Cameron .
