Manor Park railway station is a Railway Station in Manor Park in the London Borough Of Newham in East London . The station is between Forest Gate and Ilford on the Great Eastern Main Line and in Travelcard Zone 3 and Travelcard Zone 4 . The station and all trains are operated by 'one' . Trains run from the station to Liverpool Street and Shenfield with a frequency of six trains an hour during off-peak times. The station is a short walk from Woodgrange Park on the Gospel Oak To Barking Line , however interchange on a single ticket between the two stations is not permitted.
