BOUNDARIES


This is now considered to be Labour's safest seat in Manchester, including as it does the overspill area of Blackley , and the deprived inner-city area of Harpurhey .


Boundary review


Following its review of parliamentary representation in Greater Manchester , the Boundary Commission For England recommended modifications to the existing Manchester Blackley constituency.

This seat forms one part of a new Blackley And Broughton seat with two electoral wards from Salford
