King Faisal Foundation Prize - King Faisal Foundation was established in 1976 by the eight sons of the late King Faisal ibn Abd Al Aziz, a son of Saudi Arabia's founder and the Kingdom's third monarch. Prizes for Service to Islam, Islamic Studies and Arabic Literature were established in 1977 and first awarded in 1979. In 1981 the Prize Board added Medicine; Science was included in 1982.
National Medal Of Science - given by the President of the United States on recommendation of the National Science Foundation to scientists and engineers in behavioral and social sciences, biology, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, and physics.
Dirac Prize – there are two prizes with the same name. "Dirac Medal of the ICTP" is given each year by the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP). "The Paul Dirac Medal and Prize" is awarded annually by the Institute Of Physics for "outstanding contributions to theoretical (including mathematical and computational) physics".
