Lake View Cemetery is a , Asa Mercer , Henry Yesler , David Denny , and other members of the Denny Party . Noted businessman and military officer Granville O. Haller and his wife are interred in Lake View. In the northeast corner of the cemetery is the Nisei War Memorial Monument, dedicated in 1949 to Japanese American Veteran s, some of whom are buried there.
