The A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, located in Kirksville, Missouri , is the founding institution of Osteopathic Medicine . Founded in 1892 by Dr. Andrew Taylor Still , the school was originally named The American School of Osteopathy .

The institution's name was changed to A.T. Still University after adding a campus at Mesa, Arizona. ATSU-KCOM refers to the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine specifically, and also to the Kirksville campus of A.T. Still University in general.

ATSU-KCOM is location to administrative offices for A.T. Still University, including the office of the president; the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine; the School of Health Management; the A. T. Still Research Institute; and the Still National Osteopathic Museum.
