John D. Porcari is the current Secretary of Transportation for the U.S. state of Maryland within the administration of Governor Martin O'Malley . Porcari previously held this office under Governor Parris Glendening between January 1999 and January 2003. He was also the Deputy Secretary of Transportation in 1997 and 1998.
