Jack TV is a Philippine cable TV network owned by Solar Entertainment Corporation , test launched on May 2005, officially debuting on July 12, 2005. It offers comedy, animation, sports entertainment and technology-oriented shows, mainly from Comedy Central , as well as G4 , Cartoon Network , USA Network , The CW , CBS , Fox , and NBC . It was originally part of Solar USA (Ultimate in Suspense and Action) beginning May until July 2005, when Solar USA's content were transferred to Crime/Suspense to accommodate Jack TV's programmes.
