The Fhink Master is an initiative developed by Finmeccanica in order to integrate and enrich the Group’s Training and Knowledge Management System. It was submitted to the Finmeccanica Board of Directors, which approved the course at its meeting on May 11 2006, and initiated its first edition on November 15 2006. It has been designed to forge a link between academic institutions and industry, with the involvement of prestigious partner universities from around the world Adapted from Finmeccanica Annual Report 2006.
Fhink Master aims to develop students from high-potential graduates into world class professionals working in an international business engineering environment, in the areas of:

The Master's Programme combines intensive learning with an internship in one of the Finmeccanica Group operating companies, totalling approx. 1500 hours of full-time learning and development activities. Following the successful completion of the programme, graduates will be offered a job opportunity within a Finmeccanica group company. Furthermore, Finmeccanica also offers financial support, for all participants, to cover tuition fees, accommodation and living expenses.
The Master's Programme is taught in English and held in Rome ( Italy ).
