) was an influential rock band from Washington D.C. sometimes placed in the Math Rock genre. They were formed in 1997, and disbanded in 2001. They were on Dischord Records . Two of the former members, Devin Ocampo and Chad Molter are in the current band Medications . Faraquet have recently reformed to play tour dates in Brazil and their native Washington D.C. PERSONNEL
