Elizabeth Bobo (born 1943) is an American Politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party . She is currently serving in her 4th term in the Maryland House Of Delegates , representing Maryland's District 12B in Howard County . She currently sits on the Environmental Matters Committee. Malone was born in Baltimore on December 21 , 1943 . She graduated from Seton High School in Baltimore before earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature from the University Of Maryland and a Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Maryland School Of Law .
