Delaware Route 24 is a state highway located in Sussex County , Delaware . The route runs east from Maryland Route 348 at the Maryland border east of Sharptown, Maryland . Delaware Route 24 crosses U.S. Route 13 in Laurel and continues east to Delaware Route 30 in Mission . It follows Delaware Route 30 northeast to Millsboro , parting ways at the north end of town. It then continues northeast through Long Neck , and eventually ends at Delaware Route 1 in Midway , between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach .
