}} Davey Lee Armstrong (born June 9 , 1956 ) is a retired Boxer from the United States , who represented his native country at the 1972 Summer Olympics . There he was eliminated in the second round of the men's Light Flyweight division (– 48 kg) by eventual bronze medalist Enrique Rodríguez from Spain. A resident of Puyallup, Washington , he won the gold medal at the 1975 Pan American Games . Armstrong turned pro as a Lightweight on March 28 , 1980 , and retired in 1983 after 27 bouts (24 wins and 3 losses). REFERENCE |
