Janus and Epimetheus are co-orbital moons. Their distance from Saturn has a difference of only 50 km, less than the diameters of both satellites.

Another kind of co-orbital are Trojan Moon s, which are unique to the Saturnian System. Tethys has two trojan moons ( Telesto and Calypso ). Dione has two trojan moons ( Helene and Polydeuces ).
