The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore ('s Civil Aviation Authority and a Statutory Board under the Ministry Of Transport . CAAS regulates civilian air traffic within the airspace jurisdiction of the republic; it is also the sole government agency to maintain the operational efficiency of the airports in Singapore and to engage civilian air service agreements with air service operators.

CAAS is partitioned into 13 divisions, the Singapore Aviation Academy and Changi Airport Managers And Partners (Singapore). Each division facilitates the operation of the Singapore Changi Airport and Seletar Airport . CAAS also operates the CAAS Air Traffic Control Service, which to ensures faultless movements of civilian aircraft at Singapore’s airports and in the Singapore Flight Information Region (FIR).
