Castle Rock Brewery, located in Nottingham , England was established in 1996 under the name ''Bramcote Brewery''. In 1998 , it chose its current name when it moved to its current site. In 2001 , Tynemill bought the brewery, and its current(2006/2007) output is 100 Barrels /Wk (16370 L. ) (5200 B/annum). Current regular brews(2007)
They also brew a range of one-offs and seasonal beers. It is acceptable to serve this brewery's beers through a Sparkler . REFERENCES
