Cape Fligely () is the northernmost point of Europe , Eurasia , and Russia and is 911 km from the North Pole . It is located on the Rudolf Island , part of the Franz Josef Land , Russia . It was named after the Austrian cartographer August Von Fligely ( 1811 – 1879 ). SEE ALSO |
