William Joseph Ronald Westmiller is a North America n Politician . He currently resides in Thousand Oaks, California .

Westmiller was co-founder of the Libertarian Party Of Canada , and he has served as National Chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus , former National Secretary and California Chairman of the U.S. Libertarian Party , and candidate for the Republican Party nomination in California's 24th Congressional District .
