Atlanta Brewing Company is a Brewery located in Atlanta, Georgia . One of Atlanta's first craft breweries, the company opened in 1993, with Red Brick Ale. Blonde and Pale ales were introduced shortly thereafter. Brews from ABC include their Peachtree Pale Ale and Red Brick Blonde. Seasonally, Atlanta Brewing offers a summer German style Hefeweizen, or Wheat Beer ; in colder months, they offer a Porter called Red Brick Winter Brew. ABC also brews Numbers Ale, offered exclusively at Atlanta-area restaurants owned by Concentrics Hospitality Group, and Reverend Mudbone Ale, brewed for and offered at Jim 'n' Nicks, a Barbecue restaurant chain. ABC beers were only available in the metropolitan Atlanta area until 2006, when the line expanded into Alabama, Tennessee and Florida. ABC brewing company hosts tours of their premises every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday starting at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Tours are $6 and include an ABC pint glass for tasting the many fine brews on tap. ABC has moved to their new location at 2323 Defoor Hills Rd. They were previously located on Williams Street overlooking the Downtown Connector in Midtown Atlanta . EXTERNAL LINKS
