Ashley Harrison (born May 18, 1981 in Brisbane, Queensland ) is an Australian Rugby League player who plays for the Sydney Roosters in the National Rugby League competition. He has previously captained the South Sydney Rabbitohs and played for the Brisbane Broncos . When he left the Rabbitohs for the Roosters he was quoted as saying, "I want to go to a club where I can play finals football and further my representative career." Ironically The Roosters missed the finals and he still only has one rep game game to his name. Ashley Harrison made his Debut for the Roosters, Round 1 2006 vs. South Sydney. He scored his first try for the Roosters, Round 3 2006, vs. Raiders. He Also Scored a Try in Round 5, vs. Sharks & Round 18, vs. Manly Sea Eagles. In Round 24, Harrison Injured His Knee & was ruled out for the season & the start of the 07 season. Harrison made his return in Round 5 2007, vs. Raiders. He Scored his first Try of 2007 in Round 8, Eels. He also scored against the Sharks in Round 11. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Played 1 Game for Queensland in 2005.
