A New Era (UNT, ''Un Nuevo Tiempo'') is a Political Party of Social Democracy in Venezuela .

Four members of ''Un Nuevo Tiempo'' were elected deputies to the National Assembly in the July 30 , 2000 Legislative Elections . ''Un Nuevo Tiempo'' boycotted the December 4 , 2005 legislative elections. The party's main leader is Zulia State's (as of 2006) governor, Manuel Rosales , who was also its candidate for the 2006 Presidential Election .
