Technical support will be provided by Team Astromega. Astromega is a former
F3000 team. Famous for training
Fernando Alonso ,
Gonzalo Rodriguez ,
Giorgio Pantano and many other famous drivers. They have a history of 10 years in International F3000, scoring many wins.

Liu Yu .
The main driver for the
Chinese A1 team is now Cheng Congfu. understudied by Jiang Tengyi(born January 30 1985 in Shanghai, China), and Ma Qinghua(born December 25 1987 in Shanghai, China). Dutch/Chinese driver Ho Pin-Tung has also driven for the team, gathering some critical acclaim, including the team's only podium finish at
Eastern Creek ,
Australia .
Cheng Congfu will remain as the number 1 driver for the team, but due to some clashes between A1GP and Cheng's British Formula 3 schedules, he will have to step down for some of the A1GP races. Three drivers:
Marchy Lee , and '''Ma Qinghua''' have been invited to test for the team at the end of August, 2008 at Silverstone to determine the no. 2 driver slot.
