This was the inaugural Super League Greece season. Olympiacos clinched the inaugural title on April 22 with their victory over Kerkyra , for their third straight title and 10th in the last 11 years.

For the next season, Ionikos , Kerkira FC and Egaleo FC have been relegated to B' Ethniki given that they have finished in the lowest three spots of the table. Asteras Tripolis , Levadiakos FC and Veria FC will be promoted from B' Ethniki for 2007- 08 .

AE Larissa has won the 2007 Greek Cup with a 2-1 victory over Panathinaikos in the final held in Panthessaliko Stadium in Volos .
