The Twelfth Congress of the Philippines is the current meeting of the national legislature of the Republic of the Philippines , composed of the Senate Of The Philippines and House Of Representatives Of The Philippines . The convening of the 12th Congress follows the 2001 Elections , which replaced half of the Senate membership, and the entire membership of the House of RepresentativesHouse of Representatives.
