SAM Sam has been voted worlds ugliest dog three times in a row, from 2003 through 2005. He died in November 2005 so the world will see a new World's Ugliest Dog for 2006. Rascal, a small hairless creature is the current World's Ugliest Dog owned by Dane Andrew of Sunnyvale, Ca. USA.
