{Link without Title} Catering to ages 11-18, the school hosts approximately 1200 students (of which just over 200 are in the VI form (16-18)) each year. The school receantly completed the building of a new VI form and Dining center. A bid for Specialist School status was launched on 1 December 2003 beginning with a request for £ 50,000 from parents, this target was reached in February 2005 . The school now has microsoft partnership status. The school got to the national final of the mock trial competition in 2003, came second in 2004 and won it in 2005. The Head Teacher is Miss C. J.
